Beware of and sneaker zone

I bought and paid for a pair of Nike Air Force 1 on Sell SA which I paid R1200 plus R100 delivery fee. This was done on the 21 of September 2020. I very quickly received an invoice with tracking details. Up to today I still cannot track the package. There has been no communication from their side even despite me sending several emails to Sell SA as well as sneaker zone. Now I'm short of R1300 and have a sad daughter who didn't get her takkies.
