Poor service and money theft

I ordered 2 perfumes from them, it took me 2 weeks to convince them that payment was made and share proof of payment repeatedly, they eventually agreed to deliver, but it’s been 2 weeks since my order, NOTHING, I have offered to refund but they have not requested for my account number nor respond to any of my messages on Instagram…..I regret taking this route, I would not recommend it to anyone🤞🏾 They don’t even give you feedback on anything.
