Unhappy customer

I am so disappointed with SneakerTLCsa, the services has degraded so much. I took my sneakers in on the 8th of August knowing that in 36 hours they would be ready as per their lead time. I called in during the week and I was told my sneakers would be ready by Saturday the 17 of August, when I got there after struggling to get it I was told they were not ready for collection and that I should come on Monday the 19th. There is no communication or whatsoever, its frustrating. It seems they prioritize their friends, after 5 years of using their service I don't think I will ever go back. This messed with my plans big time. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
