Hi all, this business actually deserves a zero star rating, if they had one. We have in the past dealt with this business and have always had issues with delayed deliveries or wrong orders. As of recent December 2023, my son had purchased sneakers to the value of R4000.00. Cash payment was made into the owners personal name T Maharaj, not a business account. 2 of the 3 pairs of sneakers ordered was received. The 3rd was not what we had ordered. It was major drama trying to get them to replace the shoe or refund us. Eventually we had sent the shoe back via the courier which we had to pay for and wait for it, they received their shoe and we didn’t get the shoe or the money back up until now, 8 July 2024. 7 months later still no response. They only have a WhatsApp no so they say so they cannot receive calls and an email address that never gets rep**** to. We have sent countless WhatsApps and emails but they choose to ignore it. I have requested the owners contact details countless times but to no avail. This is a Mickey Mouse operation which does not run from a store, more like from someone’s back yard. We are still trying to get hold of these people. We have been advised to open a case with the police to have them traced. If anyone is from Jhb and knows where this so called business operates from or if it does exist, kindly let me know. It will be greatly appreciated. Businesses like this who ***** from unsuspecting people like ourselves shouldn’t be allowed to do this but to be charged and shut down. They are flooding the market with ****s and committing ***** and as far as I know this is a ******** offence.
