SNEAKER SPACE

Extremely disappointed with the service from Sneaker Space. My daughter ordered a sneaker (which was a gift for her younger brother) on Sunday 9th May. She indicated that the gift should be delivered by 14th May. She was assured of this. After not getting any word from Sneaker Space by 13th May, she followed up. It’s only when she followed up that she was told that the delivery date they committed to will not be met. I also did follow ups on my side but I have yet to head from them. It’s been 9 days since we placed the order. What’s worse is that I have to chase them up for an update. They didn’t bother to call and volunteer this delay. Poor customer service and quality skills. I would never order from them again. Shoddy excuse of a retailer.
