Online ****mers

I really feel bad that I did not check reviews before I agreed to my unsuspecting teenage boy to purchase a bargain of sneaker combo. I authorised payment and after that these ****mers vanished in the air. It is almost two weeks, we cannot reach via WhatsApp, email and on Instagram. We have not received sneakers, no communication, nothing.
