Worst Customer experience ever!!!!

The sneaker factory Durban Workshop, I bought a sneaker on the 09th of this month and only to find that my cousin would send me the same sneaker as a gift.

so, I now decide to take back the sneaker I bought for a refund, and when I get at the store, I find a manager called Xolani.

he tells me they can only do the refund at around 16:00 which is their closing time, okay fine because I'm at the store and its around 15:40 I say I'll wait.

then he refers me to another manager known as Sandile, I tell him my story and explain I've lost my receipt can he please try and reprint the receipt for me because I need to leave and need the money.

he tells me that they are not allowed to do that , i should look for the recipt and come back, so when i get home i call complaints and they explain to me that i should have gotten a reprint and my refund.

we then call me together with complaints, and they say they are closing and cant help very rudely on the phone and they hang up.

what type of behavior or treatment is this ????

really disappointed and angered at that store, would never recommend anyone to shop there.
