Is it possible for refund/return not to be done because "it's already late"???? Sneaker factory between what time do you serve that service cos wow I' m not happy about the service I got from Letlhabile Mall

18 Feb 2025, 05:45I would like to know between what times does sneaker factory does return/refunds, I'm still waiting for the reply from you. I went to exchange sneakers unfortunately I didn't get my size, I had to return but the supervisor(someone who's responsible for return) refused and told me it's already late I must come the following day, I told him I won't be available till weekend and my purchase was expiring on the 17 please assist
