They ****ming people

The service I got from sneaker factory in workshop Durban is so disappointing. I bought shoes on the 24th October 2023, they didn't have the size I need so Sandile said I should pay for them he will order them from pinetown I should come Friday to collect them .

I paid for them .when I went back on Friday they said Sandile is not around so they can't help me . I went back the following week to check coz NO ONE From the shop was calling me to update me about my shoes. When I got there the manager told me there is nothing he can do cause the person who was helping me is not around so I should come back when he is around ..

I than ask him that if Sandile doesn't come back that's means I will never get my shoes ,he just told me he can't help me . Mind you I'm using money to go there all this time only to be told they can't help me . The manager didn't even bother to call pinetown and check or even check when will Sandile be back or call Sandile to find out what's happening with my shoes . He just didn't have time to help me and showed that he honestly didn't care .

I went back again last week ,Sandile wasn't at work and they manager had just went out .again no one could help they told me I have to wait for Sandile when I ask them to at least call pinetown to check with them .they told me there a many branches in pinetwon so they dnt know which to call so they can't help . I ask the lady to tell the manager to call me since he was out so I can find out what's going on that was last week Friday till today I never got a single call from them . Don't know if this means I'm never getting my shoes or what put they service is very bad .

Apparently I'm not the only one they did this to another came complaining about the same thing .
