TFG WORST SERVICES EVER

On Saturday 15 July, I went to Sneaker factory in Garden route mall, i viewed three pairs of sneakers took photos of them for my wife and went out, on Monday 17 July 2023 I went back to there store to purchase the three pairs of sneakers, a pair of Black Hi-Tec for me priced on the shelf for R799. 99, a pair of white Rheebok for my child priced on the shelf for R699. 99 and another pair of white Adidas priced on the shelf at R599. 99. When the sales lady gave me the shoes in the box the Hi-Tec was prised R899. 99 and the Adidas R850, I then showed them there shelf princess, the sales lady said that customers keep on putting shoes on wrong shelf prices, what i clearly understand, but what i dont understand is that the same shoes were on the same shelf and shelf prices on the Saturday i went there, I asked her are there anybody i can speak to and she advised that there is no management person in store currently. She advised that she will speak to her manager about it and i must come back later, just after 16:00 I went back, just to get an arrogant manger there just telling me her area manager advised that they will not overide the shoes for me to the shelf price i took photos of the Saturday and that Monday, I asked her can i please have your customer service number, she went to the back and gave it to me, I the logged a complaint with my experience instore and the said someone will see in to the matter and the send me a log numbers. CS ***. Up untill now i have not been contacted by anyone. I have Never received this kind of poor service from any TFG group store. I have photos to prove the price on Saturday and on Monday.
