Sneaker Factory - SPRINGS MALL.

Went into Sneaker Factory Springs mall on Sunday 27 Oct and what an awful horrible disgusting experience.

Firstly this was at 9:30am in the morning, the kwaito music blaring so loud that you cannot hear yourself think! A new staff member that looks like she is so lost and has not idea what to do and none of the senior staff assisting her because they are too bust chatting behind the counter (Nomhla & Thato). We then got we wanted and headed over to till, 4 staff members standing behind the till, not 1 of them acknowledged us standing there. Eventually Thato assisted us with the most unprofessional and arrogant attitude, he signaled to me to look into his eyes when he is speaking to me. I brought the loud music to the attention of Nomhla and she couldn't be bothered, I asked them for their regional managers number which they claim to be Nkosasana (The number goes straight to voicemail, i tried about 10 time). Thato was far too happy to give me his number and said to go and complain to him. Absolutely appalling!!! I wish saying that I will not be back there would make a difference but sadly it will not!! Customer service in SA has gone to the dogs!!!
