Sneaker Factory East Rand Mall PATHETIC/**** SERVICE

I walked into Sneaker factory Eastpoint.I wanted a specific Hi tec takkie.They did not have the size so they send me to Their other branch in the East rand mall which according to their system had my size 10

I get there and I am being helped by one of the sales people.This person goes to the Storeroom and returns Öur scanner is not working ,I cannot find the shoe.I then asked the assistant to check on the system to see if Carnival mall has the size.She says yes so i go and purchase the takkie.

A week later(11/12/2022 I return to east rand mall branch browsing to see whats on special.I notice a boot on sale ,i asked for my size they said they dont have but I will get it on Monday 12/2/2022.Its all arranged the sales person asks me to pay for it now ,I say i will charge it to my TFG accountr I agree i will be there on Monday.I get there on Monday @18h25 to collect my boot.The sales person that acknowledged I will be there on Monday is also there.I am waiting for her as she now tells snothere sales personto go check for a size 10.My boot is not there .I then blow a fuse and this sales assistant with the ****** hair says the other person was meant to get it.

So no boot,I drive 49km to collect it.The most useless TFG branch that I ever went TO.
