Not customer service

So i had a very bad experience at sneaker factory in kenilworth centre bc i have app**** for an account online so that process already took probably 2 weeks now everything is approved got the sms whatever get to the store as i approach this sales person or worker she is keep talking to the other staff no greeting whatsoever they just keep on talking then i greeted to start the conversation bc i haven't got hole day to wait for her to finish her story i asked her what is the next step bc ive got the sms it is approved i have my ID mind you we never got this far for her to even ask my ID for the account she just blatantly tells me it's gonna take 30 mins to a hour to do the account so i must come back tomorrow and i tell her tomorrow will be the same time i will be coming to the store she gives me no response after that then i said ok i will call headoffice again bc they actually sent me to that store bc it's closest for me so i walked to the front to the door side trying to get hold of headoffice she comes back and tells me the system is offline and i was like that is not what you told me before why is your story changing now i said just give me your name and i left they were very lazy to activate my account and that way you guys are just throwing customers away for unnecessary mind you it's 30mins before closing she closed the doors early then what there trading hours is saying im highly upset bc if you guys are looking for sales this is the reason why your sales and growth is down pls do take this serious it's not a good company image so pls sort this out if you guys can but that is not what you call customer service.at that point i could not believe a word she was telling me and i will not return to that store ever pls take this up with there area manager or Regional manager but this is not good service and i would like feedback regarding this incident that accured My contact details is *** ***
