Misled the customer to make a purchase

On the 15th I bought a pair of sneakers at Sneaker Factory, Tsakane Mall and the sales assistant who helped me make payment added those Sneaker Lab products to my purchase and **** to me and said it's a Sneaker " insurance " package but when I checked my receipt I saw that she actually just wanted to make a sale. I told her I don't need that product and her and her manager said they can't reverse the transaction. I was disappointed and didn't have the energy to argue with them. She wears eye glasses and speaks isiZulu I didn't get her name
