How Rude

I wanted a cash refund at the Sneaker factory at Protea Glen Mall. I first went a little early around 11h30 only to be told that the tills are currently empty and they don't have enough for refund. I went back to the same store only to be told that I need to work for the manager/supervisor to authorize the transaction. Honestly I did not mind waiting for her for more than 15 minutes while she was out of the store but what I did not appreciate is her attitude when I enquired if they have enough money. She needs to understand that customers are important and she should not be so dismissive or rude. What is more unfortunate is that I had to request a different manager/supervisor (Jerry) to be assisted with such a simple thing.

She doesn't not deserve to be a supervisor if she will continue to be rude to customers.
