Best Customer Service!!!

Had to add this. I bought two pairs of Hitec sneakers white and navy for my ***s in primary school. After 2months the soles became broken and the sneakers were both just in a bad condition. Bear in mind I bought these sneakers before and it lasted a full year and few months. So I bought it again. Sherwin Temmers the Area Manager was extremely helpful he immediately reported it to the Parow Centre Branch. Anita and Junaid you guys were a delightful bunch to work with and in sorting this out for us. Keep up the good work! Your customer service was really of the best!
