Bad customer service at Sneaker factory in Centurion mall

I visited sneaker factory store in Centurion mall in the beginning of November I went there to lay buy Addides shoes. On the the 22 December 2022 I went to the store to verify the lay buy. On the 23 December 2022 when I got to the store to collect the told me I don't have a side I was shocked and angry sometime. I didn't want to shout or screen at the person who was assisting I became come thought maybe the will come with the solution. There was know solution the didn't even care about me there where all ready to knockoff the never give me attention. No one apologies or show some empathy the give me bad service I was disappointed I was running around in the store without help I end up buying something I don't like. Even today I still regret to go to the store I I won't go back again. I won't refer any person to that store. All stuff at the store the need full training about customer service.
