Bad customer service

I bought 2 sneakers for buy get free, then when I get home I realized that the other sneaker is R1299 and the other one is R899, went back to the store to ask what was going on because it is the same sneaker, same colour nothing different instead what the store manager did was to go back to the floor without saying anything and he took off the R899 price and told me I will get my money back. I just wanted them to clarify why the prices were not the same but instead they chose to say nothing and take off the prices on the others and tell me that they will give my money back. I mean all I wanted was the sneakers and no explanation was made, the staff were unfriendly they looked at us like like people who were crazy.
