Outstanding order

My mom bought 3 pairs of sneakers at sneaker couture for us to only receive 2 .we called and texted about the remaining pair of which they sent an invalid tracking number that PAXI could not find in their system.we are still trying to get ahold of them in order for them to send the shoes but they keep making empty promises.Its been 2 whole weeks
