I ordered shoes online from them after seeing an influencer advertising their brand so I ordered them for R2000 and they sent me a message saying they had received the money but then after that they said my shoes are coming and I would be able to track it but I couldn't so I texted them on Instagram and they answered after I said how could I track my shoes they didn't message back or call and me and my mother have been calling and texting and there was no response, I ordered on the sixth of March now it's almost the end of March.the only thing Im asking for is that can I please get my money back Im only 16 and I can't just be dealing with such things
