Bad service

I've experienced a bad service from sneaker Collection. The owner firstly delivered my parcel to wrong address and when it finally arrived it was not in good condition and I texted him only to say he doesn't know what went wrong and when I told him I'll return them for better one he didn't respond ever since that day I've sent the shoes back to his address but he doesn't respond to my texts.
