Zero star for Snatcher

If zero star is available I would have given it to snatcher, I bought an item in July after 2weeks of asking about my delivery I was told its out of stock and I requested a refund and till today I have never received my Money R496 , I've sent emails after emails nothing ,they just say "will follow up with our account department" then nothing, I bought items on the 6th of July today its 5th of September Its two months now , im really ****ed.
