You will NEVER GET A REFUND FROM SNATCHER!

It is almost 6 months since I made a purchase on Snatcher and they have taken away my purchased item as well as my money!

I purchased an item (tablet cover) on 18 Jan 2024. The item was delivered on 6 Feb 2024 and I logged a return on the same day. The item was the incorrect size even though the model advertised was correct. The item was collected on 13 Feb 2024. On 1 March 2024. I received an email stating that my refund will be processed and that they have a 7-day turn around time.

It is now 20 MAY!!! I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY!!!

In the past 3 months, I have received the same email telling me that my request has been escalated to the accounts department and absolutely NOTHING happens thereafter.

PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!
