Wrong Products

This is my second bad experience with Snatcher. The 1st one I ordered 2 x baskets in October 2022 for my daughters birthday in November. It was delayed and just before christmas, they sent me the wrong product. It had to be sent back and I waited another month for a refund after they told me the product was out of stock. At that time they were still advertising the product on their website. The second time was now in February where I ordered 2 x double multifunctional kitchen racks. They sent me 2 single racks. To date they have not responded to any of my correspondence and we are going for 2 weeks now. I told them in the last correspondence to just refund me the difference, because I am not willing to wait 2-3 months again. No feedback so far.
