Wrong product and the worst customer service.

I bought two kids smart watches, 1 pink and 1 blue. 2 blue watches were delivered. on top of that, the watches came without the QR codes for pairing with the app. only 1 QR code to download the app. I have been trying to reach out to Snatcher to return the watches and they keep sending me the same QR code for downloading the app. How can you use the same QR code that links you only to play store to pair the watch? I want a complete refund of the products now, not a voucher because I never want to deal with Snatcher again
