Wrong Package received

I have been using Snatcher for years, it I must say this time with my last order I was so disappointed with what I ordered and what I received. I run a business, providing sound to people, some mostly taking part in competitions and display purposes.

I had to order 6x9's for a client taking part in a competition ( sound off ), but instead I received door speakers. This had left my business with a knock, by customers not trusting my services anymore. I ended up buying the speakers for the client out of my own pocket, even paid extra to satisfy my client.

The speakers were returned, but till this day no contact has been made with me again, nor any compensation for what I had to endure, because of the wrong speakers I received. I have spoken to a Ismaeel Rahim ( via email ) before the package was returned, but nothing there after. This sits very bad in my line of business.

Im very dissapointed
