Wrong order and bad communication

30th of July I ordered a grey single and double storage ottoman ,10 days later they call me to say they don't have it stock and they want to give me a beige one instead and I said no I'll wait ..Then they delivered wrong items and I never got a notification to say they are going to deliver but anyway I'm still waiting on them to deliver what I ordered and collect the item I have ...Its now a month later and I'm still waiting ,I'll never from snatcher ever again even their drivers told me when they will pick it up but they never pitched ,twice already never again?
