Wrong item receipt and struggling to get my refund...

Snatcher is the worst online company ever. I ordered a 5 liter deep fryer and they send me a 1.5 liter deep fryer. When i complained about it i was told that if the product is not in perfect condition when I send it back i will not be refunded. They send me the wrong item and now they want to keep me responsible for it. I immediately sealed the wrong item for them to collect and Courier Guy collect it. It was collected on 2022-11-19 and on the 21st they said they received the item and will refund me with in 7 days. Its the 28th today and still no refund. Even left a massage on Facebook massager (Snatcher) and even there the promised me my refund before the end of the day and again nothing. Can't phone them , because for some reason they dont take phone calls anymore. Is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with and will never again order from them. Please people be careful with Snatcher online. You will lose your hard earned money..
