Wrong chair wheels delivered. #SnatcherPoorCustomerService

am very dissapointed with my purchase, I actually purchase an office chairs ,which got delivered on time however upon assembling I discovered there was number no manual in the box to help me assble the chair, number 2 The chairs wheels weren't compatible with the chair which meant that I will not be able to fully assemble the chair and use it.

I then wrote an email to support letting the know about this, they then responded same day requesting I send photos or videos of what was wrong with my purchase of which I did. On the same day a commitment was made by the Tamierska (Snatcher consultant) that a new set of wheels will be delivered to me with a manual.However 2 days later since that commit nothing had happened, so I sent an email enquiring about my deliver then I was told I should pick up the wheels myself from jhb ( am not sure where exactly as I wasn't interested in the location).

A week later after this conversation am still stuck with this office chair and the correct wheels were never sent.

I am sooo ****ed with the poor customer service that Snatcher has, I'll surely remember to never purchase from them.
