Would not refund after cancelling order a day after placing it.

I placed and order on the 26th of October. On the 27th of October i requested a refund. I got a response on the 28th and i was told i would receive the refund in 7 days. When i checked in again the rep i spoke to said they had escalated the matter. I am yet to receive my refund or the product. They no longer respond to my emails and their number does not work for calls. The last email i received was from a different rep saying they cannot refund me because the product was already delivered, who it was delivered to or why it was delivered when the order was cancelled i do not know. I would not recommend Snatcher to anyone. Their service is very poor.
