WORST SRVICE EVER - Re order - 324201

This company does not respond, reply, or deliver correct orders. After I paid my order on the 18th October 2023 there has been nothing but issues with my Order 324201. The phone lines do not get answered but they don't respond to emails either after they take your money and if there is something wrong. I spent R1880 and firstly they said the watch straps I ordered were out of stock but they still advertise them for sale - why??? I replaced the straps with something else. It took them till 3rd Nov 2023 to deliver and my order was incorrect. I got a duplication of a 360 Rotating Storage Rack, they refused to send me the correct Rotating Makeup Organiser that I ordered and paid for before I returned the duplicate 360 Rotating Storage Rack. They picked it up on 17th Nov 2023 but to date are now ignoring my emails and I still haven't received my Makeup Organiser. Ruth is the lady that I have been dealing with and she said I would get my replacement within 7 days, it's been 11 days and no one is responding to me. I have ordered on Shein and that comes straight from China and was delivered on time and the order was correct. Snatcher shouldn't be in business as they have no idea what customer service is, they take your money and you might be lucky to get your correct items, if not they don't resolve the problems.
