Worst shopping experience from Snatcher (Possibly a ****)

ordered a product on the 3rd of December and still waiting for a status update. Status is sitting on "Paid - in progress" and only one day left from their SLA. You send emails and they do not reply. I am starting think its a **** but let me wait and see if this makes sense. But to be honest this is the worst online shopping experience. I do not recommend buying from Snatcher.
