Worst service you’ll ever get, don’t bother

Don’t even bother with these ones, if you are looking for extremely bad service then this is the place for you, I recently boug?ht a handheld sewing machine as well as 2 of those expandible hoses from snatcher, received my order, and when I opened the box I got the shock of my life, the hoses were not new, those things were old, looked like they were taken from someones garage, the outer cloth like layer was damaged, covered in soil and there was water inside the hoses, indicating that the hoses were used, even the paper insert inside the box was mouldy and dirty,the sewing maching wasn’t working as well although it looked new, so I complained to Snatcher indicating my dissatisfaction, regarding my purchase, they responded by saying they will collect the items and then inspect and assess them then should they be satisfied with the results they will refund, but should they find that the items are in a bad condition (which they are),or if they can see that the items were used (which they were,I got them with water inside them) they will not refund. This indicated to me that they are playing mind games, in my initial complaint I stated clearly that the items were not new and in bad condition….so in short…you as the paying customer should accept items they send to you in bad condition but they l,being the store you bought from cannot accept the condition of those items…don’t waste your time and money with this store..
