Worst service!! No response!! Wrong item delivered

I ordered 2 outdoor hanging chairs and waterfall lights and received a pink toy car. I have emailed several times and tried to phone the number but an automated voice message said they don't answer phone calls due to the nature of their business. I don't know what to do as it's been 3 weeks now and I am getting no response from Snatcher.
