WORST SERVICE - NO REFUND - NO ITEM

I wish I could give Zero stars. Poor communication. I get told the same thing every time and now they just stopped replying. I ordered an item for my daughters birthday. the delivery was made just in time but the incorrect item. I had to send it back and asked for a refund, Which I'm STILL WAITING FOR! I requested my refund on the 18th July. I was told 7 days. I already had to make another plan on a gift due to Snatcher's incompetence. I'm tired of waiting for my own money and I DONT EVEN HAVE ANY ITEM. I'm tired of stories! I WANT MY MONEY!!!
