Worst service + misleading items being sold

I purchased before off snatched never had issues, second time worst experience ever. I purchased these items, received it and they were completely damaged not even sewn together correctly and falling apart. Did not at all look like what was advertised so misleading. I contacted them the next day to inform them of this and sent images they responded and advised me that that falls under the unwanted items and they would take 15% handling fee off a refund if they accept the return, I would have to pay out my own to return the items and if they don't accept the return then I would have to pay for returning shipping back to myself and no refund would be issued. And mind you even if you spent R100s on them they will still charge you shipping for an order. So I would loose 15% not get my shipping back pay for shipping there and shipping back. I sent then a lengthy email and to this day still no response regarding this. I feel as though this online store goes against our consumer rights and it is not fair they take almost all your money and they can't even deliver on what they promise nor provide the proper customer service. Absolutely disgusting.
