Worst service from snatcher

I bought 2 sofa covers in march only 1 was delivered i was told on the day of delivery that they will only deliver one as they’re out of stock. So I immediately logged a return as one it is no use for me the order was collected by their chosen courier after collecting 3 months has gone now with no communication whatsoever. I tried writing emails for the past 2 months the response stays the same we will follow up and process the refund immediately even today no refund gas been made.
