Worst service EVER

This is absolute rubish I placed an order in October, only to recieve not even half of what I ordered. you cant call them you have to speak to them via mail and now they only want to refund half of the items not received.

Im really disappointed no customer service or answers 21 mails plus for nothing. NEVER will I ever tell someone to order from them or order there AGAIN.
