Worst service ever

I have ordered on the 25th of August. Still order in progress. Send not only one mail but 15 mails -Ruth - mmm yes no reply even on the website sent request to follow up on the order placed. Its a birthday gift. But without any response. I will not recommend this plat form to anyone. This is a fly by night platform *********** people and most probably taking money they do not work for. ****mers. I will on every website to complain about them add this article. But I do see an address maybe time to stop at the shop and demand money back.
