WORST SERVICE EVER!!

I ordered 5 watched on the 26th of July and only on the 10th of August I was advised that they don't have the gold color That I ordered and I advised them that the black would be okay since its been over 10 working days(as per your delivery process) waiting for the watches to arrive, today is the 15th of August and my purchase hasn't even been packaged yet, its almost a month waiting for these watches and I have a feeling that I now have to wait another 10 working days which I feel is ridiculous , if I had not started communication with you I wouldn't have known what was happening, I've been asking for a ETA for the delivery but all I'm getting is apologies for the last 2 weeks which mean nothing to me now. This is by far the worse service I've ever received.
