Worst service ever

If there was a no Star rating I would do so. I purchased 2 items. Only one item received. Late might I add with out no confirmation of delivery or feedback. One arrival of my 1 item. No one sent correspondence regarding my 2nd item. 1 day later I receive an email saying the product was unavailable. They sent me an email with refund instructions and sent them the relevant documents regarding the refund. I wad told it was going to take 7 working days. It's been a month! I keep emailing them but they have yet not received any feedback. Seriously furious. Don't buy from them like ever! Please read reviews from purchasing from any online platform. Definitely not using them again!
