WORST SERVICE EVER!!

I ordered an item on 20 December 2019 which was delivered on 13 January 2020. The wrong item was delivered and I requested to return the product. The item was collected and I received another delivery on 17 January 2020, which once again was the incorrect product! I contacted Snatcher online and requested another return and for the correct item to be delivered. The second incorrect item was also collected but no indication was given when the item that I initially ordered will be delivered.

I sent a follow up email on 27 January 2020, but no response as yet.

Of all the online stores Snatcher has to be the worst online retailer I have ever dealt with.
