WORST SERVICE EVER

the lies the lies!!!! can i just get my money back, i had an event this weekend and needed the chairs i ordered but to have no communication for 14/16 days and all me following up and be told on day 15 that they have no stock of what i ordered ,,,, i just wanted my money back so i can find an alternative but still i cant get that!!! i have had the worst online experience with snatcher EVER!!!! can i just get my money back and not be associated with this establishment that clearly has no care about the buyer, have no care for buyers worries and has no remorse. i have had better service with Telkom 10 years ago! SNATCHER stop holding me against my will !!!! I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK AND GO TO A DEALER THAT ACTUALLLY GIVES, LIKE BID OR BUY! OR OLX OR LITERALLY ANY OTHER ONLINE STORE!!!! by far the worst experience ever!!!!!!

I WAS TOLD IT WILL BE DONE YESTERDAY, NOTHING ! ALL DAY TODAY IVE CALLED TO BE TOLD I CANT SPEAK TO ACCOUNTS BUT MY REFUND IS GOING TO BE DONE! END OF ANOTHER DAY AND STILL NO WORD AND NO REFUND!!!! NOT AN EMAIL NOT AN SMS NOT A ***EON!!!!! DONT HOLD ME BACK I DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH YOU ANYMORE AND BELIEVE IM TELLING A FRIEND! THE WORST SERVICE EVER! IM TRUELY UPSET WITH THE LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE THAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED! ITS SAD AND A SHAME FOR YOU NOT TO GIVE 2 ****S ABOUT A CUSTOMER!!!!
