Worst service - don't support them.

This the worst online company ever. I ordered and bought a magnifying mirror. Email confirmation was received that payment was successful - I waited for the delivery. Two days later I chatted with a consultant whom said that the delivery will take 7 - 10 days (no problem if I was informed sooner). The next day the package was delivered, only to find out that it is dysfunctional. i emailed Snatcher.com - no help at all. I find their "service" arrogant, unprofessional and not caring. After a mission, they sent a courier to collect the parcel, but sent him to another part of town. After I contacted them again, they sent the courier again to the wrong part of town.
