Worst service

Worst service I have ever experienced.I ordered a kids smart watch and after waiting loonggg for the delivery the item is dysfunctional.Sent a request to support to have it returned and till today no feedback.Money wasted Im so disappointed and dont see myself ordering from Snatcher again...
