Worst service!

Terrible experience!!

It was my first transaction (and I must say my last). I ordered a game which I intended to play with family over Christmas holidays. Placed my order on 04 December 2021 and the items were not delivered on 23 December. I then asked them to change the delivery address to a different address as I was leaving my work City but I received a call on 27 December and the items were being delivered to the old address.

The level of service is very poor...... I asked for a refund and I have not even received a response to that!!
