Worst refund experience from Snatcher!

Stay away from Snatcher. I submitted my refund request on 15 July 2024, order 389406. I ordered the incorrect textbook which is why I requested the refund. I am still waiting for a refund. My refund consultant Tashriek Rustin ignores my follow ups. On 20 July I was promised a refund in 7 days, it was radio silence until I sent another follow up at the 21 day mark, then I was given an excuse about them experiencing an excessive backlog with refunds in our accounts department. My follow up request to speak to a manager was ignored, I am receiving no feedback, no refund and it is the 22nd of August. My worst service experience in my life. I would not recommend anyone to use Snatcher no matter how good the deal may seem. It is not worth the trauma of following up for service and refunds. Also note, they insisted on a banking confirmation letter which is very concerning because all the big well established online stores don't do so and so I worry about POPIA act being followed to ensure the protection of our personal information. I am exhausted from this refund request.
