Worst post-sale service

I think Snatcher has by far the worst post-sale service. I've never been this frustrated after buying online, in my life. There is no way to communicate with them except via email. They will literally ignore you. And you know that they are ignoring you because while you are still purchasing, responses are very quick. First I waited 7 weeks for my oder to arrive. They didn't have the specific Homemax 50L Sensor SmartBi - Touchless Stainless I ordered, and sent me an alternative withour cheking with me first. The alternative happens to be a duplicate of I what I already have, so I do not want it. But I cannot return it because they are not responding.
