Worst place to order from

I ordered items last month and on the week they had to deliver they say 2 of my main items are out of stock and I ask for a refund and send proof of payment and account details it's been more than 2 weeks waiting and they don't even take phone calls and their emails show no way forward. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!! 😡 😡 😡
