Worst online store in SA

This is my second review on this ****ty company.

I ordered a phone on the 07-12-2023 and even though they promised it will be delivered in December, I only received it in Jan. The day after I received it I complained that this is not as advertised. It took 2 months of back and forth to get them to finally collect the faulty device. No apologies, no acknowledgement of wrong. They finally agreed to refund me and I sent in my bank letter. Its now been weeks of follow ups that goes unanswered and I still have no refund.

If you ok with loosing money, dealing with an unprofessional company and receiving faulty orders then go and order from them, cos this is there speciality.
